Mr Boateng is a development economist and social performance professional with more than 20 years’ experience as a senior corporate manager, partnership broker and international nonprofit manager. Past clients include Newmont Mining Corporation, Tullow Oil Plc, Ghana National Petroleum Corporation and OXFAM.

Mr. Boateng brings to his clients a broad knowledge of local and international trends, standards, and tools within the corporate social responsibility and sustainable development fields along with specialized knowledge of company–community engagement and traditional cultures, stakeholder engagement and communications, social risk and impact assessments, human rights, and performance measurement and reporting.

He specializes in interpreting social performance from a cross-functional perspective, and working with project teams to develop systems and capacity to effectively identify, assess, and manage social risks. Supporting clients build and sustain good stakeholder relationships.
