Mr Puplampu possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise of the complex regulatory regime established in the United States for the implementation of environmental policy. He has wide experience in the development and implementation of environmental regulations as well as ensuring effective compliance with and enforcement of the resultant regulatory regime. Mr Puplampu also possess wide experience in transactional matters with the capability to oversee a wide variety of business transactions both international and domestic, such as, intellectual property law issues, procurement matters and contracts for construction.
