Sekondi Takoradi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (STCCI)
The assignment was to work with board of directors on Chamber of Commerce towards collaborating with the Hamburg Chamber. Work with the Operations team on developing STCCI’s needs for a transformation partnership with the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. The project is ongoing with a commitment to support the STCCI with a position paper each year from 2018.

The assignment is to work with the senior management team and develop a detailed stakeholder map for the organisation. Work with the extensions services team of Rock Farm to identify training needs and prepare land acquisition plan for the next decade. Build long term strategic partnership models to enable Rock Farm secure preferred aggregated farmer in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
Volta Lake Transport
Providing Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) support to MECOWA(our client) part of an international consortium of infrastructure developers. The project seeks to improve and deliver a combination of services of the Volta Lake in Ghana. People, vessels and goods provide a health mix of opportunity and non-engineering risk management. DIPROV is providing stakeholder engagement, government relations and communications support to our client MECOW
Bauxite Mine Development
Our client is preparing towards developing a world class mining facility in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. We are their preferred partner for Environment, Social and Governance(ESG) matters.
